Hey, I recently bought a 24 LED bulb for my dome light. The problem seems to be that when the switch is set to "AUTO", it goes on and everything when I open the door but whenever I close it, even when I lock my doors, it stays lit but not completely. I just see little bits of white light emitting off it. Whenever I switch it to "OFF", it immediately turns off. Has anyone dealt with this problem or has a solution to this? Thanks

 

I had the same problem too a few years ago. Just Open the door, and tap the light nice more, then close and lock and it should turn off.

 

I have bought crappy LEDS and they would do this. However, if I switch it to the off position, the LED lights actually stay slightly lit. If i put it back on auto, it functions normally. After 1 month of using it, the LEDs will flicker on/off intermittently. That's when I decided to buy high quality LEDs for $80.

 

Same issue for me. My lights do not turn on when i open my car door or unlock my car. The only ones that stay slightly lit are the front two. The back one remains unlit and I normally keep it on off. Might be the quality of the led like the post before had mentioned.
