I have a 2006 TSX, and unfortunately a large rock was kicked up on the road and landed on the sunroof - I ducked as it was incoming, so I'm glad that's all that it hit.

The sunroof glass has broken though, and I need to replace the panel. Getting that done via the dealer is expensive, so how hard would it be to buy a replacement part via eBay and replace the glass panel myself?

Looking at the manual that was posted here, it seems straightforward. Any thoughts/suggestions? Are there any year specific differences for the parts, assuming it's from a 2004/2005 model?

Very simple to do; it does help to have another set of hands to assist, that glass is pretty heavy to hold & line up! Just take your time with the screws holding the glass panel on. You should be safe with 2004-2006 glass panels.
