2006 Grey Leather
Depends on what you've been using on it and whether the resultant discolouration is due to a factory flaw in the leather processing.
Not sure about Acura's leather, but I can tell you that the UK Accords leather is covered in some sort of clearcoat which rubbed off somewhat on the armrest when I used a packet of leather wipes.
That and the price of the replacement covers when I enquired with an Acura dealer - for the price (even with the weak $), I'd be better off to get mine recovered by a specialist using probably much higher grade of leather to begin with.
So, given that, you're going to have to bat those pretty eyelashes of yours a helluva lot or flirt outrageously to get the dealer to warranty them.
Good luck and hope you manage to get sorted easily and cheaply.

I use Zaino leather cleaner and conditioner on mine once a month and it looks fine. My car will be 3 years old next month.
