Angry 2006 aux jack radio not working right

My wife 2006 tsx aux jack dosen't work right. When a connect the cable for the mp3 player the sound only comes on the left side. If I put it out a bit the sound work perfect. I check the connection and my cable goes all the way in on the jack outlet. I need some help!!!!!!!!!

Does that same cable work for other devices without any issues? Can you try a different cable?

If that doesn't work, it sounds like the jack in the car is screwed up.

I agree, try a different cable. When you say you can make it work by pulling it out, are you pulling it out of your MP3 player or pulling it slightly out of the car's jack?

It was the cable!!!!! Got the wrong cable at Radio Shack. Got a mono cable instead of a stereo cable....... I will recomend a gold end jack connection cable for better audio experience.......

You probably got the same one as me. I used the one that came with my mp3 player and it had lots of interferance and static whenever you move it. So I got a nice thick one at radio shack with gold ends and it works very nice. Now my problem is that, in shuffle mode, some songs are louder and have more bass than others...so i'm constantly messing with the volume/bass/treble to get perfect sound.

if you use itunes it has an option to calculate the normalized audio for anything you import.
