2004 TSX, blinkers and driver door lock headlight problem

My brother recently passed away in Nov & we just finished probate for his car. It's a loaded 2004 TSX, but has a few weird issues, wondering if related. (BTW, I'm a lady, but have pretty good understanding regarding cars) please help If you can. We need to sell to cover his funeral expenses.

#1. Turn signals are dead, checked for fuse, there wasn't one, so swapped the horn fuse to test and they worked! Next morning, they stopped working and did NOT blow the fuse. The flashers don't work either. However the amber turn lights on sides are lit but won't blink.
#2. Key fob works for all doors except driver door
#3 passenger headlight out totally and both have condensation.

Is it possible that this is some kind of wiring issue affecting all of the above? Could the damp & rusty dead headlamp be causing all these issues?

The headlight has been out over a year, but my brother was sick and only drove to Dr & back, never took to get fixed, the other issues are really recent. Can't afford to take to dealer, but have a young man good with mechanics that will help me with your suggestions. Thanks A lot!

Should not be related..

1. likely an issue with the turn signal relay
2. Driver's door lock actuator is out
3. passenger headlight ballast or bulb is bad.. Condensation indicates there's a potential leak somewhere.

Thanks for your reply! I think we'll try the relay switch today. This vehicle was mfg. in Japan. On one of the YouTube videos, it mentions that the part can be based on where the vehicle was manufactured? Oh, wait... duh.., I'll order with the VIN number. Wish me luck

Well, it’s not the relay for the blinkers and hazard lights. (Still dead even with new fuses and relay) It’s difficult to sell an Acura with a headlight out, no blinkers and the driver door not working with the fob. The engine & transmission are strong and it does have 194,000 miles on it, amd it’s only had Mobil One synthetic every 3000 miles faithfully. Beginning to think we have a wiring short.

Pits been driven by a 60 yr old man, so it wasn’t run to death.
Started at 3,200 bucks, but thinking headlights could cost 500 to 1000, and the wiring issues no telling! Not even sure what to ask but even 2500 seems to be too much to sell as is, just frustrated....

Thanks for trying to help!

One last question, how hard is it to tell if the headlights are original or conversion? What do I have to do to figure it out??
