I got my 1st ding on the '04 PWP. My fault. I did not pull far enough into the garage and the door closed on the back bumper. The garage door reversed after striking the car, but I have some deep scratches on top of the rear bumper. I applied factory touch up paint, but it still looks terrible. What is the best way to repair bumper damage?

 

Suxors. My wife did the same to her Pacifica, but the damage wasnt as bad. You probably want to post pics for the semi-professional feedback you will get here, but I bet you a Coke that most everyone will say to replace the bumper.

 

Sorry to hear that. My trunk has an ever-so-slight dent in the top of it. Its like someone leaned on it with their elbow. If you didn't know it was there you wouldn't see it but I did see it and now my eye goes there every time I look at it. And yes, I did find a new door ding and another "scratch" where someones bumper gently scraped my rear dirver side door. (probably when they were pulling into a parking spot next to me ) I hate finding these but they are inevitible. This time of year even parking waaaaay out in the boonies doesn't get you an empty parking space next to you cause everyone and their mother are out shopping.
