At the moment this is the only thing I want to add to the car and am willing to pay the price. Once I'm no longer broke I'm getting a set. What's the deal with the gas pedal though? Do we have to replace the whole assembly?

Very nice! I want a set. Just one question, is the P/N 46545-SEA-R01 for the complete set of pedals?

Euro-R pedals p/n's

Here's the p/n for the set. They work out to $133 cdn. Ordered from Honda Japan, and brought to me by my friend.
The shipping cost will be horrendous.

Dead pedal: 46992-S6M-R00
Brake+Clutch pedal: 46545-SEA-R01
Gas Pedal: 17800-SEA-R01

edit: From what I see right now, you will need a rivot gun, and power w/carbon bit to put the brake+clutch pedals on. (3 rivots) I haven't figured out the gas pedal yet, coz' it comes with the arm that needs to be attached to the throttle line. The dead pedal is just 2 tab like inserts that replaces the orginal.

Visorboy, would you mind posting some pics of the back side of the pedals? I just notice the right-hand drive gas pedal linkage is on the right side of the mounting bracket, and our TSX is on the left side. I want to see if the pedal will come apart from the rest of the hardware for a simple swap. You can send the pics to johnnytso@sprynet.com .

Thanks,

hey JTso, I think I will be able to just do with only the pedal. I took it off the assembly, and it was held in with one pin.
I wioll probably have time to put it on this week.
btw, you will need a drill for the brake/clutch pedals to drill 3 holes each for the rivots.

Hey Vissorboy, thanks for the pics. I think you are correct about only swapping the pedal and don't need to replace the linkage.

sorry guys, no can do.
I spent half a day trying to take off the dead pedal and the gas pedal, but still haven't figured it out. The Gas pedal is secured with 4 tabs, and it's hard to get it off w/o breaking it...argh!
Anyone have a TSX service manual? I need intructions on the dead pedal assembly.
I have no problems with the clutch and brake pedal, they're easy.

Maybe these babies will go on sale in the Black Market....

thanks Binabink, you're the best!
I've tried to stick a small flat head screw driver to release the clips through the small indents, with no luck.
From what I can see in the diagram, they are two sided. How did you remove the dead pedal? Did yo have to break the clips?

BTW, do you have diagrams on the GaS pedal assembly?

The clips on the dead pedal...looks like you just pry the dead pedal off and the clips will come with it. Don't remove the clips?

i dunno....from the directions, it says to detach them first. maybe they pop up? sorry....haven't done this yet. waiting on some pedals. oh....i feel like a dumbass. looking through the index for both the dead pedal & the gas pedal...couldn't find it. finally found the dead pedal by flipping through the manual. went back and looked at it later, and bada-bing there was the gas pedal...right above it.

but....these are the only diagrams i could find....ah well.
