great for all those times you lock yourself in the trunk I suppose...

I don't get it. Actually, other than rear-seat entertainment systems for people with kids, I never got the LCD fetish.

if you search for old post you will find my mini ps2 install that I did in the glove box which is what is hooked up to those screens... there are still to more screens to install one up front where the storage bins used to go and one back between the two seats for the rear passengers to watch or play games on.

What kind of shows do you expect to win with a trunk setup like that?

If you are going to bash me then what does your trunk setup look like man. I mean if you want to loan me 10k then ok I will go have my trunk fiberglassed then. I also have to be able to use my trunk. This is also by no means the final design of my trunk. My final plans include like 4 memphis amps and either 2 or 4 subs and a set of 3 way speakers and like 3 or 4 screens.

Also have you seen the parts list of things coming for my car that I posted in the Acura TSX Discussion forum. Mods List

Whoa, sorry, didn't mean to offend you. But if you plan to show your car you can't have the brackets from you monitors showing like that, and please have some kind of enclosure around the screen so it doesn't look like you just plopped the screens in there.

If you're tryin to win shows and on a tight budget, it's better to fiberglass the basics (i.e., a pair of subs, amps, extra battery, caps) and present those real well instead of loosely displaying monitors and ps2's all over the place!

Remeber, if you're tryin to win shows it's all about presentation and cleanliness.

Yeah, that's coo. Maybe it's different in PA, but in Cali, it takes a LOT more than Stinger Battery Terminals, JDM Dipsticks and JDM STICKERS to be a show car.

My New permanent Screen Install. Trunk does still shut easily and the screens still can come out by removing one screw.

By the way I know the car is dirty it is getting a bath today since it is finally sunny. Also since it is sunny those of you waiting for a sound clip of the greddy evo 2 will finally get one.

.

Like this new "permanent" placement much better than your first one. Nice. The fact you did the install yourself is great.

Have you studied the HIN guidelines? They tell you exactly how to build everything to get the most points. Unfortunately, they make for worse looking cars IMO.

Good luck w/ everything. I love how forums turn in to a bash-a-thon. Let the guy do what he wants w/ his money. If you don't like, keep it to yourself. Forums are designed to help other people - bashing them makes you look bad.
