Our Acura family (TSX and MDX) will have a new home in Oct - Nov 2006 pending the weather in the Seattle area.

Make sure the TSX gets a reserved garage parking space.

Yeah, I am probably the minority of not working at Microsoft by living in this part of Seattle. I work for another big software company that partners and competes with MS in the enterprise business application space.

Nice. Quick, get in there and install a lift in the garage before the contractor comes back.

I wish. Give Jtso a reason to do my installs for free.

Hey...

Are all the lot sold? We're currently looking for a house now. What's the price range on all the homes? If you don't mind me asking

Sammamish looks good. I work in Renton and my wife work in Tukwilla, yet we live in Mill Creek, 30 minute away. Gotta find something closer.

No, there are some lots still left. Just go to the Burnstead website as it will give you an idea of price range and lot plans.

Thanks. Only two lot left. Very nice homes, but the final price would end up costing more than we want to pay for.

Since you work South, have you looked at the Newcastle area? If you are looking for new construction, have you also considered Issaquah Highlands? Issaquah Highlands in on the Plateau and where Microsoft was considering expanding their campus.
