There is just the perfect amount of wheel gap there.
I don't know much about the kit. Are those coil overs?

no... just springs. They are a step more aggressive than the Eibach pro-kit which alot of members have. The ride is a little bumpy but it LOOKS great.

wow, looks a lot better without that darn wheel gap...
did you get a camber kit as well? but i'm thinking about getting the comptech springs because the retailer i talked to claimed that the camber kit was not needed since the drop was only 1"

If i remember correctly its 2 inches in front and 1.6 for the rear. I think it's a little lower than ideal. I am saving up for the TEIN Type FLEX kit. Damper control, adjustable coilovers, and TEIN quality. The only catch is the price ---> $1,480.00.

No i have not installed a camber kit yet. When I brought it into the dealer for an alignment they corrected the front negative camber but the rear is still in the red. My camber is pretty bad though... very noticable, especially driving behind my car.

Comptech is nice... i would go for the springs as well but the drop is not aggresive enough for me. You should also look into the MUGEN springs available. They also lower the car 1 inch but its already pretuned by MUGEN (damper settings). All for $1,000.00. www. kingmotorsports.com

Springs were $260 from a local shop and I installed them myself. (i dont recommend this unless you have past experience installing springs).

Feels pretty much like stock on the highway - smooth as silk. But driving around town is a different story. It's quite bumpy to tell you the truth, but it gives you the "lowered" feel, which I dont mind. Now if you hit those big bumps or potholes, it'll rattle the hell out of your jaws. I definately need new shocks that can handle the aggresive spring rate. But once I hit those twisties... im in heaven. Cornering speed is increased and body roll is greatly minimized. Overall, im pretty happy with the springs... until the TEIN FLEX is released.

If I want to lower it only 1.3 front and 1 inch rear, u think I can do it with original spring w/o any alteration? if not, any suggestions?

I think you should do your research on suspension components and how they work... then decide what you want to do. There is no way you can lower a car using stock springs unless you cut them. Not the smartest idea. My suggestion for a mild drop would be the Eibach PRO-KIT or the Comptech springs. Here are the links to the sites:

I'm curious how did your shop correct the front camber as there's no camber adjustment on the TSX?

Btw, thanks for the pics. I also bought the Eibach sportline but they are not installed yet pending on the availability of aftermarket shocks.

the neuspeed springs i got installed is 1.5 front /1.0 rear...not the exact specs you want but pretty close without cutting your original springs...i had a friend that cut his springs on his GTI but ride was way too bumpy afterwards

EDIT: check them out here http://www.acura-tsx.com/forums/show...&threadid=3904

I brought it into the dealer for a 4-wheel alignment. You should always get an alignment after altering any suspension characteristics (ride height). The dealer said the front camber is adjustable. Just like the RSX. But the rear needs a camber kit.

OMG! Is that what the dealer told you? Did they give you a before and after alignment spec sheet? Because the TSX and the RSX definitely don't have the same suspension design. The TSX has 4-wheel independent double-wishbone/multi-link rear, and the RSX has control-link macpherson strut front/double-wishbone rear. I'm not sure about the RSX, but the TSX most definitely doesn't have camber adjustment. The only adjustment is toe. I just verified that with the factory service manual.
They might have adjusted the toe to compensate for camber wear. On the other hand, if the dealer has a method to adjust camber angle without a camber kit, I would like to learn about it.

Again, all they told me was, "the front has been adjusted to spec, but you're gonna need a camber kit for the rear." My car is lowered about 2 inches in the front, and the camber looks fine. Ive ordered my camber kit from Comptech and should be here within the next week. I'm not quite sure how the dealer adjusted the front but a friend of mine owns an RSX... he also got the front two wheels aligned to spec at the dealer after dropping the car about 2 inches.
