My Custom Headlights =)

I don't know why, but lately the headlights have been bothering me a lot lately, I couldn't stand the orange anymore hehe, ..............sooo I went ahead and did this..

And here it is on the car:

I didn't have the whole day to work on it, so I only got one headlight done, i'll do the other headlight when I get some more time. I don't have the extra $$$ to throw on Euro headlights, so I figured i'd make my own custom ones

So what you guys think?

All comments are appreciated

any close up side shots? how does it look at night?

it looks good but then it still feels strange without the reflector in there

I'll get some night pics when its not raining.

I tried smoking out the reflector too:

And personally, I liked it this way better, but the light didn't really show through, so I decided to take it out.

very, very nice job. looks wonderul, although I myself like the orange. On PWP at least, it adds aggression when the car is viewed from the side.

Thanks for the compliments guys

Jate: for paint, i didn't even use "tinting" paint. I just used high-temp low-gloss black spray paint and used it for the reflector and the housing. It's all I had lying around hehe.

What paint did you use?

That looks hot!!! . I personally like the way that looks better than jate and bdi's mod (no offense) Reminds me of the aftermarket projectors for the 4th and 5th gen Accords.

You are in the wrong state, should consider moving to CA then & get 5% tint.

Thats pretty nice with the "blecked out" reflectors..if you can get some pics of them lit up that would be great.

I don't think it's going to light up any more since he used "high-temp low-gloss black spray paint"

Id like to know how it is all done. Does the reflector come out or does the headlight cover just come off?
