IMO, yes, look at this pic, see the rad cover doesnt line up perfectly with the mugen grille.

but this one fits perfectly with the jdm rad cover

Well, you don't have to get the JDM cover. But trust me, it is a pain in the ass trying to fit the OEM cover with the Mugen grill. WOn't fit and if it does, won't look right. Gotta pay to play jiggaman....
