Some black mesh would look okay, but you'd have to put it towards the front of the grille, and it won't look like it has any depth to it, which won't look that good IMO

i think this will look good if u make the chrome section to match the body color, and also, add some black mesh in it, should look good i guess

That's interesting, I've never seen that before.

Let me know when you figure out how to put the mesh in there. Looks like a good summer project.

Try leaving the chrome in place for now and just adding mesh.

Always fun to do your own projects, no?

Post pics from farther back. Interesting idea and with Reach. It's always fun just to try something.

You did what my friend did to his 1st gen TL a few years back before he totaled it. He took the grill surround off the black plastic piece. Then he used "gutter grill" and then screwed it to certain sections of the chrome piece. Then he re-attached the acura emblem to the gutter grill. Anyway it may be easier to post pictures later than explaining it. I have to scan them though so I'll do that later this week. Anyway I don't know how good it'll look compared to the OEM grill. I'd rather do Euro-R or mugen grill...haha.
