A rolling shot is done with a rig basically a metal pole attached to suction cups.
They are pushing the car around at 3mphs or letting it roll while the camera is taking a long exposure shutter speeds.
It takes a bit of work getting things right as well as getting the rig built and photoshoping the rig out.
I've been looking at making one myself but it would require quite a bit of cash for the setup/suction cups as well as a nice wide angle lens.
