Blue light pics what do you think?

I am messing with the lighting inside my car and was just wondering what do you think?
The doors are LEDs and the Trunk are Neons.

I'm going to try blue light in the Map/Dome. I want to see how it looks. Also I am trying to match the blue lights on the floor board like on the japan version of the TSX.

I don't know if you care, but blue light is very bad for night vision. Red light does not affect night vision.

Thumbs down I'm personally not into this stuff

I just really don't understand why people want to mess with a wonderful car by loading all of this stuff on it. But, it's your car, so do what you want.

I'm not. I just like the look when I open the door or unlock the doors with the remote. My friends like the look too. They plan on doing it with their cars now.

My TSX doesn't have a light in the glove compartment?

Do you mean the center cubby above the "not an ashtray"?

Sorry, Just goes to show you how often I open my glove box.

I hope this helps...

Take a flat screwdriver and pry it out. It is held on with 2 clips

Give the cover a half twist and pull off.

It is either a T1.5 Instrument bulb or 74 bulb. I can't tell by looking at it.

Hehehe... the group buy might be dead since I never receive the mail from the seller anymore.

It would be nice to change the glove compartment light as well.

This is the one instance where I think you would put a superbright white light for functionality.

BTW: what are you going to replace it with?

Now that is a low tech solution. Did you color in the bulbs or the covers?

Colored in the bulbs. Haven't had to reapply since I did it. Just make sure you get a good coat on there and you're done.

why did you color your cover???? what if you want to change color again later on? When you sell your car??? I think it's better to just change the bulbs.

Not sure if you're referring to me or not but I said I colored in the bulbs not the covers.
