I went a little too dark on my tail lights, but the light still shines good through them. I had some hyper white reverse lights laying around, so I put them in also. Im gonna upgrade to the cree led reverse lights sooner or later... As far as the clear reflectors... well I smoked my factory ones, but I guess I didn't clip one in all the way & lost it lol. So I ordered clear ones, I actually like the clear better than the smoked out ones, it just looked like black strips down there...







I did my wifes tail lights also. Hers came out better, not as dark. They look darker in the pic than what they really are


I used vht night shades on them. I took all the lights off the cars, wet sanded them. I put about 3 light coats then a 4th heavier coat of vht on mine & about 3 coats clear on mine. I put 3-4 light coats of vht on my wife's & 3 coats of clear also

Looks good! Goes well with the black emblems and window tint. By the way, what roof spoiler is that, I WANT!! lol.

R_R4, I recently got the HIC visor for my TSX. I love it, completely changed the look of the car, easily the best $80 I've spent on it so far. Do a search on eBay for "hic tsx" you'll find them. Yeah I was goin for a smoked finish, but oh well... Although I did leave the clear areas on mine & my wife's tail lights clear lol

(Every vehicle shall be equipped with a stop lamp or lamps on the rear of the vehicle which shall display a red or amber light visible from a distance of not less than 500 feet to the rear in normal sunlight and which shall be actuated upon application of the service (foot) brake.


Just another reason to get pulled over...

Well in my OP you would have seen that I said they are not as dark in person. And that my wife's Camry is no where near as dark as it looks in the pic and came out really good. But I know what you mean. And I actually just sold my tsx so if they are too dark it isn't my problem anymore, haha

I really wanna de-badge the new ride. But since its a 2010 & it's black, I'm afraid it will have the "ghost" affect from not being weathered like the exposed area. But I think I'm gonna do it anyways
