Another 06 CGP

Smile Another 06 CGP

None were available, so they requested one from Japan. about 8 weeks later, I dropped cash, and drove off.



I'm probably less than 10 people in the US with an 06 CGP/Quartz 6spd w/navi



I now have 1000 miles on it, and I *REALLY* need to put in a better suspension.

why dont you see if you can make the ebrake go *full* vertical while youre at it? are you parked on a mountain or something? sheez

the e-brake really is pulled up high.....i don't think i've ever done that before.

it looks like he is trying to make a statement with that e-break. expecialy when you add his reflection to it.

Welcome to the AZ family fellow CGP brother. I just think the E-brake is just "excited" to have a home. I had the same thing happen to me the first time I got into my CGP (that is when a 5AT cums in handy).

Thanks to everyone for the kind words!

It felt like *forever* between the time I pulled the trigger and the time I actually received it.

A few observations about the car:

1) I *love* it!

2) The suspension really sucks. I'm coming from a 97 Accord EX(Leather) with Koni Yellows and Eibach Pro Kit, and this feels like a marshmallow.

3) I am not *quite* finished with the break-in period. I don't feel the engine has really opened up as much as I'm used to with the Accord (CAI, pulleys, cat-back), but I noticed with my friend's TL that it took about 1500 miles to really be "free"

4) I think I am going to start modding heavily after the 1500 mile mark. I think that's long enough to observe any lemon-like behaviour. First up, suspension, then Hondata w/gasket, then CAI, then ???

5) LOVE IT!!!!! (can't stress this enough)
