acura/honda meet 05.29.04
wow. we had a great turnout! it's unfortunate that millenia mall security gave us a lot of problems, despite the fact that i called a month or so and informed them that we would be having a meet on may 29. i'm going to pursue this further, b/c that put a HUGE damper on the otherwise promisiing event. we eventually moved to the florida mall, but we lost about half the cars that originally came. we had a few cars from jacksonville and a few from miami, and we didn't even get a chance to line up and take decent pictures.
we started arriving at 1:00, and they tried to make us move by 2:00pm, me and eric from acura-cl.com eventually got them to allow us to stay until 2:30, but we couldn't find some of the people who showed up b/c mall security forced us inside. AND they wouldn't let the people from the meet to stay in the front of the mall, they made everyone disperse into the mall. the treatment we received was absolutely ridiculous, and furthermore, one of the security guards sent me and eric down to the mall management office, even though it was CLOSED!
the lack of communication caused this level of enjoyment of the event to suffer, and i'm going to make it point to make sure that this does not happen again.

That Tiburon has the same exact rims that I had on my TSX. I think that's silver or hypersilver. It looks a lot better than the gunmetal that I had. Awesome turnout and awesome pictures. I love the Gold rims on the white TSX, really nice.

oh btw,
there was a black tl that was supercharged, it runs 13 second quarter miles, in an auto! dayum!
i have a pic of it, he's also got rotara brake upgrade and a comptech strut bar. yummy.
and thanks to the person who says white and gold = orgasm.

me and tsex on 19's were going fast. i was annoyed from the heat and the treatment we received. if i would have known you were taking pictures, i would have gone slower

cool. i wish you got a pic of rims while they were rolling so i could see what they look like spinning. haha

Man. That ABP TSX is absolutely gleaming in every one of those pics. Whosever car that is, is that Zaino or some similar product you're using?
I envy you Floridians. Don't have to use front license plates. Makes the cars look a lot cleaner.

why dont yall set up a big acura meet for spring break in daytona and see how big of a turn out ,since school will be out and it would be a weekend alot of people could make it to the meet even out of state people could make the drive if it could be big enough , just my .02 if yall were intrested im game and i could get my girl to bring her rsx also , david
