What do you mean "most improvement in deceleration"? It slows down faster?, less wear on brakes? Or does not loose momentum?

hell, I'm running a 20in monitor on 1280x1024 and I still have to scroll to see the whole images.

Nice wheels tho, you really can't go with less than a 19
