01 Type s Shift Knob on a tsx Pic

I lost my my 01 CLS like 2 months ago...and before I gave it back to the insurance co, bc I had to take all my mods out and i got the idea of putting my shifter in my friends tsx...he said yea why not so here you go...........

Sorry, personally, I don't like it. Then again, I don't recall what the stock knob looks like on AT.

It's similiar -- just completely wrapped in leather and it doesn't have the "Type S" emblem on it.

but I wouldn't want to be drawing attention to the fact that you're driving an AT. <<us MT guys never let up>>

the type s was an auto. auto shift knob from an auto car to another auto car. nothing wrong with that.

btw, how did you remove the stock shift knob?

A little rice in my opinion. The CL-S did come in a manual as well towards the end of its model run.

Yep - MT shift knob was totally different. The "Type S" was at the base of the trim piece surrounding the boot. The gear shift pattern was on the knob.

just unscrewed it, the cls did come in a 6 speed in 03 then they discontinued the car
