Front wheels are 18x9.5 (offset 45+) with 245/35/18 tires

Rear wheels are 18x8.5 (offset 42+) with 225/40/18 tires

Reason why im using 9.5 on front is because when i had them on the rear, the wheels were scraping my coilovers. so i swapped them around.

Love your ride, stunning ! Keep it up !!!! May I ask why you need that 15mm spacer ? As I can see, your rear fender rolled and huge chamber to make way for your wheel.

Needed the spacers so that my rear wheels stick out more. since im using 8.5 on rear and 9.5 on front.

I am keen to know will the wheel rubs if without the spacer on the rear using 8.5, this is because I intend to get a set of wheels with the same specs.

For RHD cars, the pedals and gear shift patterns are exactly the same as LHD -- you engage the clutch with your left leg and first gear is far left and up from neutral.

The only difference is that we shift the gear stick with the left hand instead of the right, that's all.

8.5 will not rub, the only reason ive put spacers with it is so that the wheels stick out.

Question

the 9.5 +45 rubbed in the rear with or w/o the spacer?? im guessing without??

that do you think the prefect fit would be all around?? 18x9 +42 ??

your thoughts please, b/c i am looking to run wheel specs very close to the fitment you have except i want the same specs in all 4 corners im not into the staggered look_

i will be playint with the wheel and tire calc. the next few weeks until i can decide, but i would really appreicate your input!

my 18x9.5 offset 45+ rubbed badly when i go up the driveway, its because my car was too low. if you get 18x9 offset 42+, i dont think you'll have any rubbing issue just as long as you dont lower your car like mine. if lower it to one finger gap, im definitly sure it would not rub. =) good luck

OOOoo forgot to mention that was without spacers. Also you need to keep in mind that i had to roll and flare both my front and rear guards. or else it'll rub against the guards when you go around corners.

i want an agressive fitting wheel that i can stuff under there without rubbing... i was messing with the tire calculator and 18x9 +42 and looks like i won't have any issues with rubbing up against the suspension or if i stretch the tire enough i can get away with out rubbing on the fenders...

i was just looking for some insight from the guys running agressive setups on what would be the most i could do without rubbing...
