Zasker's UR SS Pulley Dyno
As promised I had my UR Pulleys installed today and I am very satisfied with the results. I was pretty hesitant to do this as I have never seen a DYNO for the TSX thus I had no idea if this would be a waist or if I would get decent gains. As I wanted to get an accurate dyno graph of a before and after I elected to pay a shop in phoenix to do the install as I was not excited about going to do a DYNO, driving home, doing an install and driving back as the nearest shop is about 45 miles from my house. Install took about 1hr and I elected to do 3 before and after dyno’s. All 6 pulls were done in 4th gear and taken all the way to 7300rpm. The below numbers reflect the best pulls in both series of runs:

I am not quite sure I understand the difference between the two charts as they are the same runs but with a 2.7hp difference, maybe someone here can elaborate.
Although I am very satisfied with the max numbers, I am more impressed by the consistent power increase across the entire RPM range, in looking at the dyno graphs you can see that the an average gain of 10hp and 10tq were realized across the entire power ban which is very different than a CAI or Header were power gains are typically minimum until 5-6k rpm.
Driving Impressions:
I have only had time to log about 50 miles on my car but the butt dyno defiantly agrees with the gains and I would say overall I am very satisfied. Throttle response is defiantly improved but it is not night and day such as with a lightened flywheel but the engine defiantly spools faster making for easier rev-matching on down shifts. I am unsure how much time is really needed for the ECU to adjust but I guess it is possible that I could gain or loose a few hp/tq in the next week or so. I wont know till I dyno again in 2 months when I get the hondata reflash which should provide a 15-23hp gain based on their dyno charts.
I need to take some voltage readings of what the Alternator is putting out with the new pulleys but I have to go to Home Depot as I broke my multi meter last night, I will try to get some numbers in the next few days, but I did not take any before readings thus if someone can post before readings I can post the after.

I forgot to add that install was 80 bucks, now that you have a dyno you could do it yourself but you need an impact gun to get the crank pully bolt off. I wanted dynos that why I paid to have the install done. Dynos were another $100

so does this mean you will be adding pulleys JTso.
Looks like this may get added to my list. Also take some pictures of the pulleys. Do they look nice and make the engine bay look better.

Zasker have you noticed any difference with the charging of your A/C compressor? You live in Phoenix so I'm sure you'll know sometime soon.
The alternator would only become an issue at idle, imho.

You could leave the stock crank pulley but then you'd severely mitigate the benefit of adding the pulleys to begin with.
I don't think there'd be a point.

Nice bang for the buck, and all the more impressive since you get gains in the whole band. I'd be really interested if you see any negative problems from this in the next few weeks.

Is the A2 pulley construction different from the A4?
