intake and new tires are the two best ways to go. tires for better handling and the intake for the best bang for the buck for power.

Definatley get front and rear sway bars, or front strut if you prefer that terminology. They are usually a low cost mod that really help in handling, probably the biggest differene that you as a driver will feel.

If your mind changes alot...id say for now just go with a comptech rear say and a drop on your car....if your thinking seriously about your car, id do the stated and wheel/tires...then u can move on to other mods. keep in mind if you onyl get springs than your gonna have to eventually get coilovers or new struts

well to be more specific, sways and struts are different. sways connect the wheels underneath, struts connect the shock mounts in the engine bay. do NOT get a front strut as its a PITA to install and probably not going to help you.

wheels and tires or speakers/subs, simply because lots of the manufacturers out there still in their process of producing new performance parts for TSX, you never know what goodies will be released tomorrow (i know it takes forever for them to release stuff), but if you plan to modify your car step by step and slowly, that's the way to go in my opinion

It depends on your personal preference and priority. Decide what's the most important to you right now and start looking for the best component/price base on that decision.
Personally, audio/video stuffs are the lowest on my list, and handling/performance being the top.

Are you a commuter? If you're a commuter you might want to consider doing the stereo first depending on how long the commute is and how much you're stuck in traffic. I'm a commuter myself so I went that route. I also had a bunch of old stereo stuff from my last car so it made sense to put the stuff in and not let them sit around.
Having a lot of audio stuff will weigh the car down though, so if you're into all out performance then you might not wanna go this route.
I love me some car stereo stuff, but that's just me. I'm just starting performance/exterior now but this is what I did so far.

Here was my order:
Alarm
Stereo ---> Amp, sub, highs, Pioneer N1, TV, Bluetooth Phone kit, Sirius, mp3/DVD changer
Tints
Injen Intake
Comptech Rear Sway
Neuspeed front upper tower bar
Oem Body Kit (sitting in the garage until it gets warmer)

Coming next:
Spoiler
A-spec suspension
Rims
