Video: comptech icebox auto 0-60
Figured some people might want to hear a clip with the icebox
Put the car in drive and just punched it when the light went green.
NOTE: youll have to copy and paste the link into a new browser.

Ok just watched it without sound so I can't comment on how it sounds. Bit I've got news for ya Tinky. I timed it 3 times and got times of 8.1, 7.7 and then 7.8. I'm pretty sure that 0-60 blast was less than 8.0 sec either way. Anyone else want to check it out?

Yeah it was with my digi cam, haha. Thought people would be more intereseted in getting to hear the icebox than anything else. It wasn't done on a track so the time is far form scientific. It depended on the speedo accuracy and t was also in D instead of manual because I had to hold the digi cam! Either way it was definitely under 8 seconds from when I hit the gas to hitting 60.I did left foot break at the beginning but you an see the revs aren't to 2000 rpms which gives you a much firmer launch if you torque it up. Maybe i'll run another one on the same road just for kicks. Also, i'm due for an oil change and had this setup for about 5k miles.
To be honest I never really felt the power when I put it on, but didn't expect to. I was debating putting the stock box resonator back on to see if I could tell any difference!

I'm at 20,760(due for an oil change).
If you break torque to 2k rpms you can get a harder launch then the one I got.
Like I said, not scientific but I bet on a track with a good break torque it would hit 8 seconds or under for the 0-60. Not fast but respectable.
