Valve Cover h22a

Does anyone have a picture of a H22A valve cover for the Accord Sir-T? Im guessing its vastly different then our valve cover, correct?

I have never seen one and im not sure what the engine looks like.

Let alone that our engine spins in a completely different direction than the H22A and is 180 degrees turn in the engine bay.
