Torque Wrench Needed

Hi,

I need a good torque wrench but I can't afford a Snap-On (or Mac). Will one from Sears good enough for government work? I have one from Pepboys but I always doubt about it.

Hmmm... or maybe I will just fork up the cash for a Snap-On for this time.

Not sure I trust this any more than I'd trust one from Pep Boys, but:

I have one and have used it many many times in a year. I'll probably get another one b/c its probably off-calibrated by now, but for $10, you can't beat it
