does your car vibrate when it idle?

 

Yes, at times. Its been worse in the winter than the fall, maybe 20-30% of the time now, more than I'd like.

It is a slight vibration, not car shaking, but I know its there.

 

i got the DC header and it vibrate like crazy while in gear with AC on, the after market header doesn't have enough support compare to OEM. The only way i think reducing the vibration is to replace the header hangar with the stock hangar. Maybe i will use the steel wire clams to hold the header from left to right on to the engine mount...hope it will work

 

vibrate only when engine is cold or all the time?

 

Does anyone have a copy of the DC Header instructions? I've read through the DIY threads, but would like to see a hard copy of the instructions.
