Time it takes to access the rear shocks?

Now that the Koni's are out I'm mulling over whether to get them w/ springs or go for coilovers?

I plan to use them for racing and daily driving so the shock adjustability is pretty important. I read you cannot access the rear struts w/o taking out the back seat.

Just wondering how long does it take to remove the seats? If I knew exactly what I was doing (after doing it once) how fast could I adjust the struts and replace the back seat (necessary for my racing class).

seats pop out rather quickly. i would say 30 minutes max? once you get more practice it should be even faster

Gettin the Mugen coilovers? Are the shocks or height adjustable? Doesn't seem like it from kingmotorsport's description, kinda pricey for a slight drop.

shocks are not heigh adjustable nor damper adjustable. im sure they are tuned to ensure a nice ride if you are happy with a 1" drop. and once again pricing is b/c it is mugen. i mean 1K for the CF airbox?
