Synthetic oil or not?

Synthetic oil or not?
Should I put in Synthetic oil in my new tsx or keep using regular oil? What are the pro's and con's? I did a search and didn't turn up anything about 'synthetic oil'

If your going to switch to synthetic oil, I'd wait until your 2nd or 3rd oil change to do it... I changed my factory fill at 5000miles, then again at 7500 with regular oil again, then at 10,000 switched to Mobil 1..... At 13500 miles, cars running great, and havnt' lost a drop of oil.
