sound system question

i was looking into adding a sub to my stock system and i was wondering if this would void the warranty or would the dealer just hassel me when i return the car after the lease is up

If you serach you can find a ton of info on the warranty and how it is voided

Basically, your warrant cannot be "voided." If the sub you add is the specific reason for an electrical problem that your car has, then and only then is the dealer is not obligated to fix the problem.

Your warranty will be fine.

Since it's a lease, just make sure to do a clean job on the install. Since you're only going to be adding a sub, then it's not too bad.

Just tap into the rear 6x9's with a LOC and get the signal there for your sound. Tap into the OEM amp or FM antenna amp for the remote turn on wire. Then run power from battery down driver side. Make yourself a ground and you're all done!
