Small Review on the stuff i got over the weekend(Silkolene Booster and CuscoFSTB)

Let me first say that i drive a Accord EuroR and live in Macau.
Over the weekend, i got some booster that i never heard before, named Silkolene. Anyway, most booster i have used didnt do jack for me, for example, stp. Anyway, so i got my hands on these Silkolene, and filled the tank with the recommended 1.5 %/liter fuel. The results were suprisinly good, as my country only get 97 octane fuel. The pick up were there and strong. I now can cruise on 60km on fith gear and still and power to go, but before, i can feeel the engine was lagging abit. Anyway, If u guys can get that stuff, might as well give it a try.
As far as the Cusco FSTB, all i can say is a nice piece of work, easy install, require to bend alitle the air condition tube. As for handling, i cant really tell, it did anything. Maybe our chassis is already strong enough? I remember when i installed a SB on a civic, i can tell the difference.
Anyway, see u later

Glad your happy with your mods, but I think the gains you felt from the octane booster were placebo.

Octane is just an additive that prevents knocking. Anything over 91 (R+M/2) or 95 RON won't make any difference unless you're running forced induction or a higher compression ratio. And even then you'd need an upgraded engine computer to take full advantage of the added octane.

Like Dan said: adding any non-hydrocarbon to fuel that already meets the octane level specified by the manufacturer is just 'diluting' your fuel.
