shifter metal bushing cable installation (help)

Hey guy,

I recieved the Shifter metal bushing cable kit from speed-soure.net last Friday and was working it on today. But I need to know where to install the 2 metal bushings on shift? I wonder if anyone has pic installation or instruction? I have instruction for metal bushing cable kit but it is for RSX but RSX and TSX are same. I will check it out again this week. I am going to install Neuspeed short shifter and metal bushing cable kit. I am done set it up the Sparco leather booth shift on it, it looked nice. It is black leather with grey stitches, picture: http://www.cardomain.com/item/SPA03754PLNRAR

If it is the kit I'm am thinking of, it goes at the end of the cables on top of the tranny case. I was looking for the set that goes on the shifter housing (would be aluminum and 8 of them).

I have the set for the housing itself (8 aluminum "washers", if you will). Noticeable difference and easy to install.

The set for the cable I had no idea existed, or I'd have bought those at the same time and installed them at the same time. Either way, with the housing bushings its MUCH stiffer and crisper, and IMO, worth it.

Yeah, I went back to the site that had them and they aren't selling them any more evidently. Wish I would've pulled the trigger sooner.

can you post some pictures? I'm a bit confused on what you actually have. If they are like these...

You can see how I did mine at: http://gallery.bussert.dyndns.org:81/040518Bushings

I think GSGOMEZ has these:

They go on the ends of the shifter cables just on the tranny.
