Replacing steering wheel

Are there any special tools I'll need, or just some regular screws and such that I need to take out?

Also, as for not trying to deploy all my airbags at once, what caution should I take besides disconnecting the battery for a few minutes?

Yes, there is a steering wheel puller. Usually 2 screws on the outside and one large bolt on the inside.

As for the airbag... set outside, in a shaded area facing up. That's it.

Care to explain why I need this steering wheel puller? So it doesn't just pull right off after the screws are loosened?

Some steering wheels will pop out after removing the center nut but most won't. You may need some metric bolts in case the puller set didn't come with them.

When I had my integra, it was very easy to remove the steering wheel. just make sure you disconnect the battery before removing the airbag and plugs.
