The DC Sports header is available in ceramic or stainless, I believe. The only difference is price.

I have seen it "proven" both ways so I would say its still a hot issue. DC did have problems cracking early on, although I haven't heard any lately, so I would be more prone to go with comptech.

I have a dc header and they did fix the cracking probem, it was basicly a poor weld. If you do a dyno comparison between the dc and comptech there is no compitition, the dc beats it hands down. In all honestly I am suprised at the peeps that buy comtech, their own dynos show that a comptech icebox, header and exhaust gives about the same gains as just a Injen CAI. I aint saying that comptech is not good but it definaly seems over priced.

DC Header Dyno: http://sohc.vtec.net//article_files/...x_dcheader.gif
Comptech Dyno : http://www.comptechusa.com/store/med...tsx_header.pdf

What would be in intresting dyno would be a TSX with a Injen CAI, dc-header, and a good catback exhaust and them compare it to the comptech complete dyno...

It seems like I read on the DC website that they quit making stainless headers about a year ago. They still have some stock for other older cars, but since the TSX is new they only have it in ceramic.
