noob is here have a couple questions about pulleys...can they help automatic cars? do they make a big difference? any other good brands besides the Unorthodox Racing Ultra SS Pulley Set? nobody really talks about pulleys...haha any help is appreciated. thanks guys.

don't waste your time or money on pulleys.

Cam gears are what positions the cams, and connect the cams with the crank through the timing chain.

 

Yes they can help A/T or M/T cars. They do make a difference: sometimes more for some cars and less for others. On the CL-S/TL-S 3.2L's it's about 10-13 whp and about 8-9 ft/lbs of tq. Most people will tell you how the car will rev out quicker. If you're interested I have a few sets of Unorthodox Racing pulleys here that I'm doing an introductory price of $245 shipped.
