I emailed Howards to see where he was hiding and he replied in less than an hours' time. I even told him about someone checking up the status of his euro-r kit and he said he has not received any emails regarding that.
Did you email the right address?

Call them, BPT didn't reply to my e-mails either. But were very prompt over the phone.

I heard Morris was out of town till the 11th or so. I think he is the one that handles e-mails, if you are talking about recently.

I think you're getting upset to easily. For one, you have to consider he is importing parts for you. Also, things don't just fly through customs. If he doesn't answer an e-mail, call him. What's a $2.00 long distance call to Canada when you just dropped 1K plus on a kit?

My friend has ordered items from PP before with no problems but I've order my EuroR kit from BPT instead (which is where PP get their stuff anyways) cause Morris is a nice guy to deal and he was quick in replying questions and giving deals.
