PICS: Lowered and Wheels Installed

Hey all,

Couldn't wait the two weeks before my Buddy Club coilovers arrive, so I decided to put on a set of Eibach Sportline springs temporarily until the coils arrive. And finally get to install my 18" Advan Kreuzer X's that have been sitting in the shop for the past two months because I refused to put them on w/o suspension. Here are some pics from today..Enjoy.....InspireS

Nice, but, uh, aren't the tires low? (Don't even know if I'm kidding. You'll have to tell me.)

If you think of the Touring car races, this car LOOKS like that without being gummed up with stickers and a big goofy fin. I love this look!!

WOW

That looks real good is all I can say. That front bumper makes the car look much more agressive and the rims suit the car perfectly. I gather that was a custom front bumper? or did you repalce the entire thing? and if so with what exactly?

You have my vote for nicest TSX on this board

More pics please

Very nice, InspireS. Question about the Buddy Club coilovers. I assume they are the adjustable ones (adjustable shocks/dampers). For the rear ones, is the shock adjustments on top or on the bottom? If the adjustments are on top, would you be cutting a hole at the rear shock tower sheet metal to allow you to make the adjustment?

I just meant air -- the tires look flat to me. But I realized that's probably the look, and the air's fine. (Don't mind me!)

Hi all,

Sorry, been away from the computer all day today..but here's the replies:

dabuda: Night Shots, use a tripod, and slow shutter speed or the lowest apeture number you can

lurchTSX: I have exactly 3.2 inches clearance from the center of the bumper to the ground, a little too low for my liking but we'll see when I get the coilovers put on.

BobbyGz: No grill, it's the entire bumper includes the mesh grill.

domn: It's not a custom bumper. The company that makes it is Phase Racing. Ordered from Japan. Constructed out of Fibreglass. Comes unpainted. Need to remove the torsion bar or cut it to 1/4 of it's original size for it to fit.

As for the Buddy Club Coilovers, more information can be found on their page (http://www.first-inc.co.jp/)

Cheers!

I like your rims... always was a fan of 10 spokes, really clean look...

Could you possibly get some shots of the front fascia? I really want a close look at the Phase bumper =)

Looks awesome man...

The wheels look great, but it without the grill and lowered, it almost looks like a Civic.

Yes it is the look.... Those are Low Profile tires. The sidewalls are not as tall as the stock tires.

Car looks awesome!!!
