Output wattage?

Looking to replace my fog light bulbs with some yellow bulbs. I found two types that I am interested in. They are both rated 55W input but one is rated at 80W output while the other is 130W. The first are Nokyas and the other are Luminics. The Nokyas are $7 cheaper but I am wondering if the 50W of extra output would make a noticable difference. Would the extra wattage cause any damage to the fog light housing or have a higher potential to burn out? Sorry to be such a N00B about this but I just would like to make the right choice here. I know a lot of you have the Nokyas but I would appreciate your . Gracias!

Not like we are talking about a lot of money.
