My prior post

You should have received a total of 8 bushings. 2 bushings go where the original rubber one is located (one on the top and bottom). If you go to the ClubRSX thread within my thread, you will see the placement of the metal bushings. Even though it is an RSX, it is still located in the same place. I would follow the neuspeed instructions to install the short shifter.

Look at Steps 11 - 13

You don't need to remove the entire shifter. As mentioned follow the Neuspeed short shifter instructions.

Follow the Neuspeed instructions.

When you remove the four bolts of the shifter, you should be able to pop out the existing rubber ones and replace them with the metal bushings w/o having to remove the entire shifter all together.

You use all eight. One on top and one on the bottom for each bolt (2 x 4 = 8)

I assume the TSX bushings will work fine. The TSX and RSX share the exact same shifter housing, and I assume the Accord does too. One of your links doesn't work btw, so I'm not sure what you're still asking

Look at these 2 links

one is the honda shifter
the other is the acura tsx shifter

Now look at where the bushings go.

do you think they will work.
I am missing one part

So, if the Honda one doesn't have the rubber cushion, does it mean the mounting is already regid? Does the stock shifter housing move when moving the shifter?

are the part #'s for the accord and tsx shifter housing the same, and for the oem bushings? the accord is missing the rubber, but the metal parts look exactly the same. but the TSX metal part w/o the rubber bushing wouldn't fit right... unless the accord shifter housing is actually different.
