Led

Hello all, i just purchased Blue interior LED lights for the Front Dome Lights, Rear Dome Light, and Door Lights. I was wondering what the rest of the forum members think of this mod. and if by any chance you have purchased such an item, please tell me how you like it. Thanks!

I have the Blue LED interior as well, only one LED in the doors. I like them a lot but may go with 6LED for the doors.

i will have the 1 LED in the doors as well (its in the mail, only the front dome LEDs have come in so far, havent installed them yet). Is it bright enough to hurt your eyes at night, or just perfect?

They make 1,2,4,6,9 and 12 LED bulbs that will fit he license plate socket. Not sure if gets any larger than that and still fit. I have the 6's. I think Drigo is going to order the 9's.

yeah, pull straight out. i think there is like a 1/4 turn to loosen the socket, but dont exactly remember. whatever you do, dont push or try to unscrew. i did that and ended up having to take the door trim off to retreive the socket.

Not sure about turning the light off while the door is open. Is the a door button between the door and fender? You may just wear some gloves or a thin rag.

I just pulled straight out... and very soon after opening the door so it wasn't hot yet. The dome lights, on the other hand, I nearly burnt my fingers before realizing I should turn off thel ights and let them cool first.

Oh, and +1 for white domes and blue doors. The initial awe has long since passed, but every so often, I still just look at my interior because the lights are so beautiful.
