better for what? noise? high end hp? low end torque?
do you have an AT? MT? 2006 or earlier?

Search for descriptions of all of them and pick based on your wants/needs!

loud = injen / aem
torque = aem / icebox
hp = injen (but with low-end torque loss)

Injen is only loud when you punch it, then it screams. Otherwise it's as quiet as stock.

Also...if you put price into it...I believe Injen MR is the most expensive at/around 250. You can get AEM SRi for around 200 and an icebox for well below 200. Most of these can be found on the blackmarket here at acurazine or ofcourse on Ebay. I'm still debating on icebox or the aem, there are lots of threads discussing this...and no one has really announced that the injen CAI is sooo much better or anything like that.

My typical spew on intakes:

An intake is an intake. They are all aluminum tubes with filters plugged onto them. They all increase the flow of air into the engine. CAI is there to create a cooler and more dense rush of air however; this transfer takes longer due to the distance the air must travel. SRI on the other hand sucks air from the engine bay which is hot, your stock air box sucks from the air resonator in the fender which is cooler. SRI gives a lil more torque from what I have heard, CAI gives more HP. You can make a heat shield for your SRI but the charge will still not be as cool as CAI.

The exception is the Ice box which uses the stock intake hose and base but replaces the resonator with a horn and the top of the intake box with a larger top for increased air flow and less turbulence. However; ice box does the same thing injen and aem do. Increased air flow. Consider yourself educated lol
