Installing the M3 spoiler.. need some advice

getting my spoiler back today... and i've noticed my 3m tape is
longer than the spoiler

just wondering how far from the edge should i tape? also
any advices or suggestions?

Tape about 1/2 inch from the end. I just finished the installation today. Finally got it attached.

Did you have to sand the underside at all - or was it painted as well ?

i didn't sand it, it was painted partly..

the 3m tape was super sticky
