its pretty much the same price, actually injen might even be cheaper...i'm thinking about getting injen w/bypass...approx $245
from what i read it seems like the injen fits better...there seems to be some vibration noise from the aem intakes...do a search for aem

Ingen and K&N's intake systems both can be converted to SRI.
one more thing about AEM, they will be making V2 for TSX eventually, but expect a long time wait on this one, let's hope that V2 can outperform the rest of the intakes^^
