Im getting a TSX. Need ideas for Mods...

Okay...Im really new at this. Ive recently found out what mods are for performance. Ive recently gotten into racing track and really like to have a clean look with my TSX. Yet I still really want the best performance I can get. I know money is the huge factor..other than personal peferrence but Im wondering, what company makes the best parts for a driver whos looking for a non-aggressive feeling but with high quality performance nontheless. I may sound confusing because...Im basically the bigggest noob on this forum and maybe no one will bother reading this from now on, but I would really like to get some feedback. There are so many mancufacturers out there...Tein, tanabe, etc...I dont know which is best. I'd like to get some posts of personal favourites. I dont plan to ever turbo my TSX or anything... For my exterior Im thinking of getting a clean OEM kit and replace the exhuast to get a nice clean look. Please help me! Noob in dire need!!!

If you want a clean looks...dont get the OEM kit....get no kit....like this member did.

I dont think you can make it look cleaner then that!!!! OEM kit makes it not clean...but I love the OEM kit!

You could post this in Parts & Performance instead.

Hondata reflash should give you the not-so-aggressive performance boost. Search threads with "Hondata", you'll get good stuff. One catch is that they can't do '05 ECU yet... I am very sad and upset over it still...

xizor, when did you changed your avatar? You took away Vadar when Eps. 3 is just around the corner?!? (sorry for being OT here...)

Wow...so a reflash. Is it true that intakes can be used just for daily driving? Is it good for the car, as in does it improve anything else other than performance? people keep telling me dont use headers, intakes, etc and keep the car stock unless youre gonna race. Im like wtf?

First of all, if ur gonna race for money, you shouldn't have gotten a TSX and second of all CAI is a safe mod...

I got my CAI, love it and well worth the money. But i think you should tint your car first before you do anything else.

I'd like to retract my suggest for Hondata on your TSX...

I think you should gain more driving experience before doing anything to your car.
