I just got a new 06 tsx and my younger brother has a 04 accord but my NAVI dvd wont work in his accord is there something I have to do or will the way that the accord dvd player are programed not let it work correctly.

It won't work. Once you upload it onto your '06 you cannot downgrade -- therefore it won't work on his '04.

Look, Patel404 the 2006 tsx navigation system is different from the 2004-2005 TSX, so that means that since the Accord Navigation system is very similar to the 2004-2005 TSX that means inorder for the Accord to read a Acura DVD navigation disc you can only use the disc from the 2004-2005 TSX ......SO what does it mean for your 2006 TSX navigation Disc!!!!!!? It means that you can only insert your 2006 TSX disc into the 2006 Accord.

Patel404 I think you need to do your Homework on your car before you start sticking things and swaping disc! Really do your HOMEWORK!
