Headers and 02 sensors

Wanted to put CTE headers in my 07 TSX. Wondering if 1) the headers are going to cause my pre-cat o2 sensors to throw codes and 2) is my stock cat-converter going to able to handle the increased exhaust outflow or will I need to get high flow cat-converter? Keep in mind I have CTE icebox and performance fat-back exhaust installed.

Alright feuss I understand it's CARB exempt but I read that with the headers being increased diameter it's more emissions entering the system and it can trip the o2 sensors on way through the exhaust system. Is this the case? I'm honestly new to all this shit and am still learning. Appreciate the help.

The first sensor is air/fuel ratio, which even works with the supercharger kit. No need for concern for the relatively minor increase in flow with this header over stock. The cat can handle this too. The CTE is a great header for use with a few bolt-ons, and will not cause you any issues.
