I get about 250-260km at half tank, and 470-80km when the warning light comes on. Thats mostly city driving.

Figure no less than 22 mpg for a 17.1 gal tank.
For me, the E comes on right around 300 mi and I still have 3.5 gals left in the tank.
Translated for those damn metric users:
Figure no less than 11.11 km/l for a 64.7 liter tank.
For me, the E comes on right around 483 km and I still have 13.2 liters left in the tank.

Actually we use L/100km for some reason. So the lower the number, the better. Sometimes I wonder why, but it just has to do with how you use it. This way it's easy to think how many litres I need to get from here to there.
But thanks.
But thanks.

My light comes on when the Trip Information screen says range = 78 miles or so, and I'm getting 26.5-28 MPG. Some have said that when range = 0, you have a couple gallons left.

I started tracking my gas mileage at the begining of this month. Most of my driving is within the city, so I don't anticipate great mileage. In addition, I've noticed that every car that I have owned that had a higher performance four cylinder (or six for that matter) engine had por gas mileage in the city but more than made up for it on the highway.
Here are the numbers so far:
Filled up Jan.5 and had driven 359.4 km since the fill before. It took 49.364 litres.
Filled up on Jan. 15, drove 316.1 km and it took 51.551 litres.
I don't overfill the tank and I fill up just when the light goes on.

I've been keeping track of my gas mileage and I've been averaging 20.03 MPG. The best i've had is 22.49 and worst is 17.54. Gas mileage has gotten progressively worse in the cold. I don't think I really have any bad driving habits, but apparently that isn't the case.

I've been tracking the mileage using the top-up volume method, since I got the car. After the first two break-in tanks, I've gotten anywhere from 9.0 -10.2 L / 100km (23-26 mpg). Half-mark comes at 275-300 km, warning light at around 500 and E at 580. That's 70% highway with the AT. It does depend on the transmission, as the AT is rated for better mileage because top gear is much taller than the MT.
That's mostly on 91 gas. I ran a few consecutive tanks of Sunoco 94 and strangely, that's the only time the mileage dropped under 24 mpg. It's not enough data to draw any conclusions, and the weather's been freaking cold, with snow and slush as well.

I've been recording computer-reported MPG as well as calculating MPG manually. To make sure numbers are comparable, I will calculate only starting from 10/1/03 since I've only had the OD readings (required for manual calculation) recorded since then (my trip computer readings date back to 8/8/03).
I will assume that a full tank without top-up is only 16 gallons. IME, it's probably like 16.3 or something, but I'll have to check when I fill up next.
Trip computer since 10/1/03
MPG: 27.7
MPG * 16 gallons: 443.2 mi
Manually calculated since 10/1/03
MPG: 26.1
MPG * 16 gallons: 417.6 mi
Average OD reading since 10/1/03: 336.9 mi
Average MPH from trip computer, erratically recorded since 10/13/03: 44.4 MPH

I'm hitting just over 500km for a tank - meaning, I reset to zero at fill up and then refill only when I've reached 500km. Or when gas prices are dropped significantly. Sometimes, this means letting the amber fuel warning burn for a day or two.

i see my TSX consume more fuel as temp drop in recent weeks, and i suspect Sunoco is lower mileage may be the result of using ethanol in the fuel, although it's octane additive safer then mmt, it does has less energy..... my TSX average about 12L/10km. or 8.3km/L.
could be longer warm up time and snow driving, plus bad traffic...

My TSX is still on its inaugural tank and I'm over 400km with about a quarter tank remaining on the fuel gauge. I hope I can hit 500km before I have to fill up. I'm already getting better mileage than I did with my CL-S, so I'm a happy camper

I gotta agree with gogozy. Cause that's the samething happening to the RSX-S. During the summer time. It'll average 450km but now. It dropped. But varies. Some times I could get 430km and some times I only get 380. This is 95% city driving. The TSX does the same as well. But the best I've got so far with the TSX is 480km. City driving and full tank.

ive gotten around 380 km, thats with driving past the light for a fillup
everyone preaches there good milage. i can drive like a conservative grandpa and get 430ish per tank. but i like driving how i do for 350 a tank.
i find it odd how some people have shitty readings and some have readings like a hybrid
