Foglight installation

Hey, do any of you know how to install foglights, with a switch that is in the empty space next to the sunroof controls? I bought a Euro kit and i got foggies, but I dont know how to install the fogs, or wire it up with a switch. Can anyone give me instructions?

thanks andy...i searched and read a few threads, but none really have instructions. I got the JDM foglights with that, and apparently they are for right-hand side drive cars (i dont know what that means), but could you give me instructions on how I would hook the foglights up? Keep in mind im a hardcore Noobie

If or when you get instructions, be sure to pass em along or post em. I am getting the fogs too, but will get the USDM wiring for it.

Just get it installed. It won't cost much and it'll save you a ton of frustration.

The H11 bulbs will be the same bulbs I will run on my kit, correct? I am not sure if you are using a different bulb with your other wiring setup. What type of bulb is it BTW? Manufacturer and all.
I appreciate all your help. I should have this set up done with little to no problems! Thanks!

A car audio shop should be able to do it or your dealer if you're brave.

Yes, what bulbs are you using now. They seem to match the HID lamps pretty well, at least in the pics they do.

yes .. they r the closet bulbs i can find to match the HID ...
but it looks a bit brighter than HID in short distance .. ~ but good enough
i bought them local for 96CDN taxed .. which is abt 70USD ~ not that cheap but worth it ~ saw come korean made bulbs died out within half yr .. but this japan made is working quite well and the brightness is still good as new
they H11 from CARMATE part number BT1106

I highly recommend going to www.hoen-usa.com for matching foglight bulbs. My H11 are a perfect match and I only wish Hoen still made H1 bulbs. They are also the highest quality bulb I've seen to date. Remember, it isn't just the color of the bulb, but the quality you have to consider.
