dzuy's impression of tein flex.
You seem to be adjusting your suspension quite a bit, part of what might be causing rubbing is improper alignment. Have you done an alignment after making adjustments? Toe in or out could cause rubbing, especially with so much of a drop. I know when I had mine lowered at first, my rear wheels almost appeared to be turned out too much. I think it was off by almost two degrees from factory specs. Just something to keep in mind.
i tried your instruction on the seats, i'm stuck after folding down the seats.
help
cuz i thought if it was that easy to adjust the settings, iam going to sell my EDFC>
please help me and give me some details, hopefully with pics.

You can't just slide the side up. There is a bolt which you have to remove first. Here is one way to do it... but reinstalling the seat bottom is slightly more difficult than if you also removed the fold-down seat backs.
1. Get in the back seat (the driver's side).
2. Reach behind the seat belt buckle and look for a 10mm bolt.
3. Use a long socket extension and remove the 10mm bolt.
4. Remove the rear seat bottom by lifting the left and right corner (one side at a time). You will hear a pop.
5. Remove the bolt to the side bolster.
6. Fold down the rear seat.
7. Slide the side bolster up. It has two latch points.
8. You should be able to access the adjustment at this point.
