dc vs greddy vs comptech

now i know everyone is gonna tell me to search but i already did:

so with that said, im planning on buying headers and exaust

i have my mond set on the dc headers except for that there has been some quality control issues so do you think its worth the extra beans for the comptech header? bacically you pay for what you get.

and for exaust i dont like the comptech because of its price/ look

so im gonna either buy the dc or greddy evo2. the prices are simmilar so which one would you guys suggest

personally im leaning twoards the greddy.

thanks, TJ

get the greddy exhaust it is just absolutly amazing. the sound is so great. as for headers i don't really know of anything about them other than i am not getting either of them. I am going to wait till them is a good japanese made header for my car hopefully by greddy. I would love to have a greddy header, and maybe even a greddy turbo to go with it.

You don't need the header if you are planning on turbo. Turbo uses a different manifold.

Would you say it is louder or quieter than the Comptech? The Comptech is the only exhaust I've heard in person and it's a bit loud for my tastes. Like I said in your thread I'm looking for something unobtrusive. Fujitsubo is the other one I have in mind.

Hurry up and get your sound clip posted! :p

GReddy might be in better comparison with the Comptech. I assure you the Fujitsubo is quieter than the GReddy.

I'm also thinking about the Greddy Evo2, Fujitsubo Legalis-R and DC Sports Catback. It seems like the Evo2 should be louder than both my other options just because people say that the Fuji is pretty quiet and the DC should be quiet just because its a chambered muffler if I remember correctly. The tip on the Fuji seems to stick out too much IMO and I'm not sure about the DC. I really need to hear these exhausts in person, especially the cabin noise.

I have not heard the Comptech in person so I can not tell you but the sound is very low. I was next to this civic the other day at a stop light and he was telling me about his awesome new exhaust. when he pulled away is was awful and high pitched I just lauphed at him.
